Bar Vacilando is located on 15th Ave E, in quaint and cozy east Capitol Hill. This is where the Just a Dinner Party team photographed the cover of the cookbook. We selected this restaurant for their stunning covered courtyard, photographed below, as it enabled us to capture a summer's day in the middle of winter. We worked with Bar V's incredible team to bring our vision to life during their off hours.
